Kirk Mouser is the Executive Artistic Director of Stumptown Stages, where he has directed several productions including: Dreamgirls, Rent, and Urinetown. He previously served as the Associate Director of Luna Stage in Montclair, NJ. Kirk has had the privilege of working with some of the world’s best directors and playwrights, including: Trevor Nunn and John Caird (Les Miserables), Hal Prince (The Phantom of the Opera), and Sheldon Harnick (Fiddler on the Roof). Additional credits include: the Feature Film Untraceable (Agent Carter Thompson) opposite Diane Lane, and TNT’s Leverage (Charles Rushing) opposite Timothy Hutton and Richard Chamberlain. He has been honored with the Spokane Area Theatre Award: Best Director (Les Miserables), Chicago Area Theatre Jeff Award: Best Actor (Che in Evita), and the Portland Drammy: Best Actor (Booth in Assassins). Kirk is a theatre instructor at Portland Community College and Clark College.
