Although I spent years as a chemist in a behavioral neuroscience research lab, I could never fully tame my desire to express myself through words and images.
As an artist, my love of nature shines through in my botanical and wildlife art, but that doesn’t stop me from exploring other subjects such as the curve of a car or colorful abstracts. While I have recently rediscovered my love of acrylics and strive to continually learn new techniques, I work primarily in colored pencil as this medium helps me capture vivid colors while still allowing for the intricate details of my finished pieces.
