Each exhibitor will receive the following:

  • 8 foot table with black covering
  • 2 Chairs
  • Electrical access if requested
  • Garbage can if requested
  • Access to sinks
  • Vendor lounge with complimentary food and beverages
  • Volunteer assistance with loading and unloading of equipment and supplies
  • Volunteer assistance during the show for short breaks
  • Nameplate on front of table and above table area

Show Date / Times:

April 22, 2017
10am – 4pm

When to arrive:

Exhibitors and demo artists may start setting up on April 22, 2017 at 8:00 am and be completely setup by 9:30 am. Exhibitors are asked to be on site and at their tables until the close of the show at 4:00pm.

Loading & Unloading:

The Providence Willamette Falls Community Center has a covered area for loading and unloading.  An elevator is available for bringing equipment and supplies to the 2nd floor where the event will be held.  We encourage vendors to bring a small hand truck if  possible.  At least one cart will be available for use if needed.  The loading/unloading zone will be marked for exhibitor’s convenience

Parking:

After unloading, exhibitors are asked to park in designated areas and will be provided a map of locations available for free parking.
