Clackamas County Arts Alliance recently appointedPam-North-Full
Pam North to it’s  Board of Directors!

Here is what Pam has to say about serving on the Board:

“Clackamas County’s natural beauty is amplified by the abundance of art and culture within its boundaries. We are fortunate to be surrounded by such splendor and I am grateful for the opportunity to forward the mission of “keeping arts & culture central to life in Clackamas County.”

A life-long Oregonian, Pam’s interest in the cultural offerings of the region began early with regular visits to art galleries and shows and theater, symphony and ballet performances during her childhood. Not naturally talented in any of those areas, Pam turned to writing to release her creative spirit. She has a degree from Oregon State University in Technical Journalism and a Master’s in Library and Information Management from Emporia State University. Professionally, Pam worked as a technical writer and librarian for over 30 years, recently retiring as the director of a local public library. Pam has been active as a member of the West Linn Public Library Board on-and-off since 1993. She served previously with the Arts Alliance from 2003-2006 and also enjoys volunteering at All Classical Portland.
