About the Festival: The Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts is an annual arts education program of Lakewood Center for the Arts. Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, and for the sake of the welfare of our artists and patrons, the 2021 Festival has transitioned from a large multi-exhibit Festival event for one weekend and will instead temporarily focus on one outdoor exhibit, Art in the Park, as well as smaller events and programming throughout the year as safety requirements allow. See our web page for upcoming events!
