DESCRIPTION:Stairwell Gallery: The Silk Paintings of Lê Trung Chính\nMonth of February\, all open hours\nThe Silk Paintings of Lê Trung Chính features works by the Vietnamese-born artist known for his luminous paintings on white silk. Using the traditional Serti method\, he outlines forms with a water-resistant medium before applying fabric dyes that are permanently set through steaming\, resulting in vivid color and fluid\, expressive lines unique to silk painting. His work focuses on people and shared human experiences\, drawing deeply from Vietnamese heritage and portraying scenes of daily life\, relationships\, and social themes.\nThe exhibition will be on view throughout February during regular library hours. DESCRIPTION:Five one-of-a-kind\, artist-designed hearts are up for auction to support future public art in Wilsonville! 💛💚💙🧡❤️\nCreated as part of the City’s largest public art project\, these hearts have been on display across the community since May. Bidding opens Feb. 12 at 10 am and closes Friday\, March 6 at 4 pm. Hearts are sold as-is\, and bidders are encouraged to view them in person. DESCRIPTION:Twenty-year-old Sarah is given thirteen hours to solve a labyrinth and rescue her baby brother Toby when her wish for him to be taken away is granted by the Goblin King\, Jareth. Maze\, A Labyrinth Parody\, both pays homage to and pokes fun at the classic 80s movie. \nChapel Theatre is collaborating with Infernal Machine Productions\, a Portland-based film and stage show production house\, to bring “Maze” to life. A cultural phenomenon\, Maze continues Chapel Theatre’s focus on familiar storytelling\, presented with unique perspectives. The show will include a live band playing all David Bowie songs.
