The traditional folksongs and ballads Miller performs reflect the heart of America’s heritage\, offering a window into the soul of our nation in its youth. \nThis program is supported by the Friends of the Lake Oswego Public Library . Admission is free and no tickets are required. DESCRIPTION:This event repeats every month on the third Thursday. \n\n\n\n\nJoin fellow poetry lovers for a monthly meet-up to read and discuss poetry in a supportive environment. Feel free to read a poem of your own or one written by a published author that you’d like to share. This group meets on the third Thursday of the month in the conference room on the second floor of the library. Meetings will include time for introductions\, poetry readings\, organic discussion\, and resource sharing. Light refreshments will be available. Poetically rhythmic and lightly humorous\, the tale bridges the gap between generations of music and family while centering love\, understanding and joy. Celebrate Disability Pride Month at one of Lake Oswego’s most accessible natural areas\, Iron Mountain Park. \nThe StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library in Montpelier Vermont.
