Palmblad \nNew Century Players is holding auditions for the role of “Jack” in Ken Ludwig’s Dear Jack\, Dear Louise. The role of “Louise” has been cast. \nU.S. Army Captain Jack Ludwig\, a military doctor stationed in Oregon\, begins writing to Louise Rabiner\, an aspiring actress and dancer in New York City\, hoping to meet her someday if the war will allow. Award-winning playwright Ken Ludwig tells the joyous story of his parents’ courtship during World War II. The results are anything but expected. \nAudition dates:\nWed\, December 3\, 6:30 to 8:30 PM\nThu\, December 4\, 6:30 to 8:30 PM \nRehearsals will begin January 26\, 2026. \nPerformances:\nFebruary 27 at 7:30 PM\nFebruary 28 and March 1 at 2 PM \nMarch 6 at 7:30 PM\nMarch 7 and 8 at 2 PM \nMarch 13 and 14 at 7:30 PM\nMarch 15 at 2 PM \nVenue:\nSamaritan Odd Fellows Lodge\n10282 SE Main St\nMilwaukie\, OR 97222 \nAll acting roles are unpaid.
