Clackamas County Commissioners are seeking interested residents to serve on county Advisory Boards and Commissions. These offer CCAA 25th Anniversary Logoresidents the opportunity to become very involved in specific activities and the goals of Clackamas County.

Clackamas County Arts Alliance currently has available positions on our Advisory Council. This commission will have five vacancies each carrying a three-year term. The Arts Alliance is a fourteen-member commission.

The goal of the council is to keep arts and culture central to life in Clackamas County by supporting and promoting access to all aspects of art and culture in every community, and by developing programs to meet needs countywide.

Council members work with Arts Alliance staff and its Board of Directors to collaborate on programs and services. The council reflects and represents the diverse population and geography of the county. Applicants should have a strong interest and history of participation in art and cultural activities and be actively engaged with their own communities. Experience with county issues is desirable but not essential. The council meets quarterly in March, June, September and December.

Members are sought from all over the County, to represent all demographics and areas.
