Help Oregon City Parks and Recreation and the Historic Ermatinger House kick off National Preservation Month in May and enter your original artwork or poem in the first year of this fun contest!

Eligiblity: Open to Oregon Residents, ages 11 – 16 years old

Deadline: 5 pm on Saturday, April 18, 2020

To enter it’s as simple as 1, 2, 3….

  1. Choose a historic site or landmark in Oregon City,
  2. Create a piece of art or poem that tells a story about this place, and
  3. Use the submission form and guidelines to enter by April 18th.

The first place pieces will be featured in the Oregon City Trail News and will receive $150, second place pieces will win $100, and third place $50.

All pieces will be displayed on a rotating art exhibit throughout Oregon City
