You’ll hear both traditional Indigenous melodies and Peter’s own contemporary compositions. \nThis event is made possible by the Friends of the Lake Oswego Public Library. DESCRIPTION:October Stairwell Gallery Artist: Maura Greenblum\nDaily\, all open hours \nMaura Greenblum is a Portland-based artist who moved from New York 25 years ago\, exchanging skyscrapers for forest trails. Trained at the Fashion Institute of Technology with further studies at the School of Visual Arts and Pratt Institute\, her work reflects both urban and natural influences and has appeared in national publications as well as private and public collections. \nFor Greenblum\, painting is a meditative practice—a way of holding stillness and presence. Working in oils\, acrylics\, and ink\, she lets each scene guide the medium\, capturing moments that invite the viewer to pause.
