A 2025 graduate of the Milan Art Institute and part of the New Light art movement, painter Sara Star draws influence from Dimitra Milan, Leonora Carrington, Vincent van Gogh, and Frida Kahlo. She will give an artist talk on Sunday, December 7, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm, sharing insights into the New Light art movement, her process and inspirations. Learn more about the artist at sarastar.com.

Enchanting Worlds will be on view throughout December, in the Library’s Stairwell Gallery. Admission is free and open to all.
