Join us every second Saturday for an emotional regulation movement and sensory lab for littles. Energy in Motion’s dance class is a unique and engaging way to support your child’s emotional growth. It blends the joy of dance with essential tools for managing emotions.

Heather Fronzcak, aka Ms. Sunny, incorporates dance, mindfulness, and exercises specifically designed to promote emotional regulation and resilience in kids. Open to all, with a special welcome to sensory-rich kids.

This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Lake Oswego Public Library and admission is free.
