Pendleton Center for the Arts is inviting artists and craftspeople from across Oregon to show their best buttons, buckles, clasps, frog closures, etc. for an exhibit to support the Interwoven Fashion event in Pendleton this fall. $800 in cash awards. All mediums/materials.
