Celebrate the opening of the Coffee Creek Correctional Facility’s art project “We Are All Bound Up Together.” Directors of Oregon’s Department of Corrections and the Higher Education in Prison Program at Portland State University, along with the art course’s instructor and a formerly incarcerated student, will talk about the art project and then hold a Q&A discussion.
