These pour paintings are one-of-a-kind paintings created by using a variety of techniques such as tilting the canvas back and forth, blowing paint with straws, and swiping with spatulas, wet paper towels, and other tools. The goal is to mix colors of paint on a “pillow” of color (white usually but could be any color) and achieve as many “cell-like images” in the painting as possible. The beauty of the process is that if I do not like the results, I let it dry and reuse the canvas.
