On behalf of the City of Lake Oswego, we are pleased to invite artist submissions of up to three works of art per artist to be considered for outdoor public display in Lake Oswego’s nationally recognized outdoor Gallery Without Walls rotating collection. In its twenty-fifth year, this program’s mission is to integrate art into the daily lives of residents and visitors.
We are committed to diversity and strongly encourage submissions from artists identifying with under-represented communities. We seek works of various media, including sculpture and murals, and encourage innovative submissions. Submissions will be evaluated by a selection committee based on the overall quality and merit of the submitted artworks.
