NEWS NOW - APRIL 2023

This spring we have been out and about in Clackamas County having some wonderful community conversations.

These conversations have been to gather information on what you, arts and culture supporters, need and how that can best be supported. These conversations are part of Our Creative Future, the tri-county arts and culture planning project.

I, Dianne, want to encourage you to give your voice to this effort by filling out the individual survey and encouraging others you know who might be willing to join you.

In other news this month, The Arts Alliance is proud to have again joined the Clackamas County Cultural Coalition to distribute the 2023 grant awards.

The Arts Alliance serves as the fiscal agent and grants administrator for the Coalition, and we are so lucky to have served in this role since 2005. Over this time, we have helped award 375 grants totaling approximately $642,370.

In late 2020, when most arts and culture organizations were struggling, we were honored to distribute $2,258,665 in Coronavirus Relief Funding Cultural Support to 30 organizations in Clackamas County and 32 organizations in Washington County in late 2020.
