Call for Artists: Public Art Commissions for Molalla River Middle School

The Molalla River School District is seeking artists and artist teams to design, fabricate, and install permanent, site-integrated artwork at the new Molalla River Middle School, now under construction in Molalla, Oregon. Three commissions are open, with budgets ranging from $15,000 to $70,000.

The call is administered by Site Specific LLC. The call is open to artists and artist teams residing in the United States. Prior public art experience is not required, and artists from Molalla and the surrounding area are encouraged to apply.

Applications must be received via SlideRoom (https://sitespecific.slideroom.com) by December 7, 2026, at 5:00 pm Pacific. Late submissions will not be accepted. There is no application fee to apply or use the SlideRoom online application system. The full RFQ is also available through this link.
