OHSU Vista Pavilion 10 Open Call
Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) is seeking local artists or artist teams from Oregon and Southwest Washington to design artwork for custom printed wall protection on the tenth floor of the OHSU Vista Pavilion. This project will serve oncology patients and was designed in conjunction with the Knight Cancer Institute. The selected artists/artist teams will be asked to create artwork that highlights the diverse regional landscapes of Oregon. The art can be of various mediums, but will need to be able to be digitized and printed onto wall protection panels. The artists/artist teams will work directly with experience design consultant NBBJ and the project Art Advisory Group to ensure quality installation of digitized artwork throughout the Project.
- October 12, 2026: Call opens
- November 4, 2026: Submission deadline
- November 5-16, 2026: OHSU + NBBJ review of submissions
- November 17, 2026: Artists selected as finalists will be notified of their selection by email and provided an advance copy of the contract to review.
- November 19-20, 2026: Virtual interviews with shortlisted finalists.
- Nov 23-Dec 3, 2026: OHSU review of shortlisted finalists’ interview responses
- December 4, 2026: Artists awarded for the project will be notified by email and begin the contracting process with NBBJ.
